Hello! Is the inner diameter 5,3mm or what does that sticker mean?

Good day! I don't get it, is the hole wide enough to shot a 22 lr bullet throu it as it is??? Or is that up to the customer to drill the pipe to the correct size that would be 5,60 or 5,70 mm and of course a chamber with a lathe???? Kind regards! Nicklas
