The long and thin head with spear point profile is made of high-quality 440 stainless steel. The handle, made of metal and wooden facings, fits well in the hand and provides a firm grip.  The automatic spring-loaded mechanism, activated by a button on the handle, ejects the heads extremely quickly and smoothly.  The button has a lock to prevent the knife from opening on its own.  The knife has a wide bolster, which on one side forms a kind of rider to protect the hand from sliding toward the cutting edge, and on the other side is a locking release when closing the knife.  It comes with a black, classic cordura pouch.
